Inseprio with support from Emperor Ming

Inseprio : James Mainwaring on sax, Tim Horne drums, Mick Bardon bass

Emperor Ming : Johnny Richards piano, John McNaughton  alto sax, Nick Hobbs drums

Mainwaring/Bardon/Horne united at Leeds College of Music performing what has been described as ‘seminal ketamine jazz’. Inseprio features James Mainwaring on sax/electronics, Michael Bardon on electric bass/electronics and Tim Horne on percussion/electronics. Their performances highlight auditory illusion with organised improvisation exploring all gradients between the corners of musical communication. The compositions are largely made up of applying contemporary techniques founded by the composers of the avant garde and serialist movements to their Rock and Jazz backgrounds.
