Top U.S.mainstream tenor man Scott Hamilton meets multi award winning UK reedsman Alan Barnes for an evening of straight ahead swinging jazz with the superb David Newton Trio. They will be playing repertoire from their two Woodville albums “Zootcase” and “Hi-ya”, with a special emphasis on Johnny Hodges small band themes, standards and a selection of the best ballads.
