Leeds based Kevin Holbrough is a busy freelance trombonist, session musician and educator. His quintet features some of the finest talent in the UK jazz scene. They will be performing original compositions and music that are influenced by Benny Golson, Curtis Fuller, JJ Johnson through to the contemprary sounds of New York sextet One For All and Trombonist Steve Davis

Jazz, pop, latin and big band scenes are familiar ground for this exciting trombonist.  Kevin has played major jazz festivals up and down the country and toured extensively in Europe and the UK with many well known shows and artistes including Embrace, Spandau Ballet’s Tony Hadley, Martin Fry and ABC and Dennis Rollins’ ‘Boneyard’ to name but a few. He has toured with many West End shows including Hairspray with Michael Ball. He can also be heard on many soundtracks including the new C-beebies hit programme “Rastamouse”.
